I've taken one XXXXXXX XXXXXXX treatment of the vagina. (Laser to treat dryness inside the vagina) and since then I feel worse. I've two more treatments, but I don't know if I want them. I use premarin 3x a week.
How can I get better? I'm suffering with the itch and the pressure to go to the bathroom. (no bacteria in the urine).
Thanks,
XXXX

HI DEAR AGAIN AND THANKS FOR TRUSTING TO US.
In fact Mona-Lisa treatment is approved from FDA as effective method to treat vaginal atrophy ,but its effect is better after some courses of it .
Mona-Lisa treatment hasn't any side effect because laser applied to skin to stimulate the production of collagen.
Hence in my opinion try to have another course of XXXXXXX XXXXXXX treatment.
Premarin use is a type of hormonal treatment and is very effective to all symptoms of vaginal atrophy.
How many times do you use premarin?
What type of other treatments do you have?
Pressure to go to the bathroom and clear urine ,means that you have Urge incontinence (UI) or overactive bladder (OAB).
This happens due to inflammation of the bladder lining, infection, injury, natural atrophy that comes with age, or other reasons
All treatment you have done and do have good effect .
But I will try to give some more tips to relieve your symptoms, such as :
1.Have Sitz baths with warm water
2.Try to use daily vaginal moisture
3.Drink more water and especially cranberry teas without sugar
4.Try with Kegel exercises (They help your pelvic muscles, especially the sphincter of the urethra)
Fast recovery
