Question: Hello,
Had my gallbladder removed 9 months ago and I am experiencing lower side & back pain a lot like the pain I experienced right before the Emergency surgery
my liver? starting to worry because it is becoming painful

Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/44 - not visited a Doctor - putting ice pack - GB removed 9 months ago - lower side and back pain - a lot like as was before emergency surg - worried about liver...
This can be die to kidney pain too as due to liver or colitis or pancreas and so on.
I would advise you the following to get an early diagnosis:
Rush to ER.
Get ultrasonography, X-ray of abdomen in standing and lying down position and relevant tests of blood, urine and whichever would be advised on clinical evaluation.
