What Causes Severe Back Pain While On Azithromycin?

Question: Hi I've never done this before but figured why not. So I had mono a few weeks ago and I went to the doctors and they proscribed me azithromycin, which helped a good bit. at the time I had started taking 3,000 mg of vitamin c a day. After my throats cleared up and I started feeling better I noticed a clear discharge from my penis. A day after i had a burning sensation when I urinate, some severe back pain, constant urge to urinate, chills, slight fever, nausea, and cramps. I believed it to be a uti but I'm not completely sure, I'm going to a clinic to double check for any std's bc ik some cause this. But I'm not sure what to get tested for. So in summary. What do you think it is? Or what do you think I should get tested for?
Brief Answer:
UTI or gonorrhea
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, the symptoms you are experiencing could be due to a urinary tract infection which is diagnosed with a urine analysis preferably associated with culture and sensitivity test to identify the optimum antibiotic to treat your infection.
these symptoms could be also due to sexually transmitted disease specifically clamydia and gonorrhea as they cause mucopurulent diacharge which can be yellowish in color . it is diagnosed by pcr and treated by antibiotics . i would advice you to use codoms while getting engaged in sexual intercourse to avoid sexually transmitted disease. I hope I answered your question.
