Rest, analgesics ,mecobalamin and Vitamin D3 should help
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,
After going through your query I concluded that your nearly all reports are normal except insufficiency of vitamin D3 and mild disc prolapse in MRI.
I treat my such patients by following regime with good results.
1.Vitamin D3 60000IU weekly for 10weeks with a glassful of milk.
2.Rest till pain subsides and then back exercises.
3.Analgesic such as ibuprofen three times a day after meals for pain relief. If pain is severe one then tramadol can be taken three times a day after meals.
4.Mecobalamin 1500 mg daily for 1 month.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
This means I should discontinue my existing medication (from doctor 2) and continue the one prescribed by you?
oral vitamin D3 is better.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back
After going through your query and follow up query I concluded that you may continue with doctor second but I think injectable vitaminD3 is not needed. if you have already taken Architol 6 lac IM( vitamin D3) injection then one injection is sufficient. It should be repeated only if repeat vitamin D3 test shows low levels. If you have already taking doctor 2 prescription then you can continue with him .Please let me know how far you have taken (started or not). Also please let me know how far you have taken doctor 1 prescription .You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
If you have no clarification then you can close the query and rate the answer.

I visited 1st doctor on 11th nov and started his medications then I visited doctor 2 on someone's recommendation on 15th Nov night and started his medications from that night.
Have not taken any injections as yet...
Yesterday night I visited doctor 1 and showed him the medication given by doxtor 2 and he suggested not to go with these medication since these are very heavy dosses and may affect my organs..,
So am in a big dilemma, request your 3rd opinion on this, Pls advise
Thanks...
Avoid injections.
