Check her blood sugar, thyroid function...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I assume she is having burning sensation for few weeks / months and not suddenly for a day or two. If my assumption is wrong, correct me in the follow up.
Now, there are a few known reasons for burning sensation of palms and fingers. She needs to undergo few tests to confirm if any of those is/are the cause. I suggest the following test (if they were not performed recently):
1. Complete blood count, including ESR and CRP
2. Thyroid function test
3. Fasting and post prandial blood sugar
4. Serum Vitamin b12 and vitamin D level
5. Serum electrolytes and serum creatinine
You may get these tests done through her local doctor.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need further clarifications.
Regards

Thanks for your answer. My wife has thyroid and she has been taking medicine for few years. After your advice I got her thyroid test done and attached the report. Kindly advise.

Need dose readjustment...
Detailed Answer:
Just based on her Thyroid function test, she needs thyroid dose adjustment. The dose of thyroid supplement should be lowered. However, this decision should be taken by her treating doctor based on her symptoms.
The burning sensation, in my opinion, is not related to this thyroid status. I look forward to other reports.
