There are multiples possibilities for your complaint including circulation problems, neuropathy, low potassium , low calcium and low magnesium. First step is to have a complete laboratory exam to check all of these values. I also recommend you to drink plenty of water and walk at least three times a day to improve circulation and lower extremity muscle strength .
