Brief Answer:
This is not a heart attack
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Chest pain due to heart disease is non localized, squeezing type & increase on exertion. It occurs mostly on left side of chest & radiates to left shoulder, left arm. So your symptoms are not of chest pain & so don't worry. Still you need to do a ECG & 2D Echo for cardiac evaluation.
Chest pain at your age can be simple muscle pain or costochondritis(inflammation of joint between bone & cartilage of chest wall). Both are treated with pain killer. Tab Ultraset will be safe & good for you.
I hope i answered your query.
If you have any more questions, I'll be happy to help.
Thanks
