Brief Answer:
Kindly consult a general physician for medications mentioned below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for writing in to Hcm.
This is Dr.Riyanka glad to be answering your query.
I understand your concern, please do not worry.

From the above mentioned symptoms it seems like a stomach infection.
Since you have given pain killer , headache shall subside down . Usually when the infection increases there can be symptoms of chills and rigor along with it explaining the shaking of the patient.

Repeated vomiting and diarrhoea could have caused electrolyte imbalance thus hinting towards muscle cramps. This is of immediate concern. Give him plenty of fluids - especially juices, coconut water or oral rehydration solutions.

Now, presently you need to consult a physician regarding the problem as a course of Prescription medications mentioned below may be required :
1. Antibiotics - Tablet Metronidazole 400mg thrice daily for a week.
2. Proton Pump inhibitors available over the counter - Tablet Omeprazole 20mg once a day half an hour before breakfast for a week.
3. Tablet Lactobacillus/Lactobacillus sachets -Probiotics.

If previously many repeated incidences of such stomach cramps and diarrhoea have occured along with vomiting in the recent past, then an ultrasound abdomen could be helpful to rule out symptoms like appendicitis, other infections etc.

Hope your query was answered.
