Brief Answer:
MRI L-S Spine

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Considering your age and severe persisting pain, I would suggest you to get a MRI of Lumbosacral(L-S) spine to rule out spinal pathology. However, for now, a few days course of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines(NSAIDS) like Naproxen, along with pantoprazole , and calcium/vitamin D supplementation will help. Additionally, you should learn spinal extension exercises and do them regularly at home. Exercises will be very helpful.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
