What Causes Severe Constipation And Overactive Bladder When Diagnosed With Endometriosis?

Question: I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year and had a laprascopy. The doctor is also suspecting adenomayosis. I am suffering from severe constipation and overactive bladder. I wonder if these has to do with me having adenomayosis,

Severe constipation and overactive bladder is unlikely to be related to adenomyosis or endometriosis.
Constipation can be due to various causes like irritable bowel syndrome, decreased fibre intake, neuropathy etc.
Overactive bladder can be due to infection, or due to neurological problem.
