Brief Answer:
An ENT examination is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.

I would advise that you should do gargles with warm saline water at least three times daily. An antihistamine like Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day along with a decongestant like Phenylephrine will be helpful (please get appropriate prescription for this from your local physician).

A throat swab culture will help in knowing the appropriate antibiotic for any infection, if present.
A clinical evaluation will help in planning further medical management.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
