Brief Answer:
Possible saloinella

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. It is probably enterocolitis caused by food poisoning such as salmonella or enterobacter infection. Also, if meat was on warm environment this could have led to staph food poisoning. In every case,it is most important to drink plenty of fluids,at least 3.5 liters to prevent dehydration and eat easier food as much as possible. You can also take probiotics and OTC called loperamide for diarrheas. diet should include vegetables, yoghurt, seeds, boiled potato, rice and toasted bread. Most commonly this is self limiting and there is no need for doctor evaluation, however if fever, abdominal pain or blood in stool occur, you should see doctor as well as if this persist for more than 3 days.

Wish you good health. Regards
