Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness, stumbling gait. whooshing sound, pressure in head, headache for three days is very typical history of airways inflammation with inner ear involvement. Sinusitis with labyrinthitis can present this way.

You need an otorhinolaryngologist visit, they will assess the infection status and extent of involvement, run some labs and give you some decongestants, some antivert and soem antibiotics and supportive home remedies like adequate fluids etc will be advised and you will be back to normal in a week or two.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
