What Causes Severe Fatigue After Recovering From A Heat Stroke?

Question: I had a heat stroke last week in Mexico and even fainted at the airport. I have been back since Saturday but still feel weak and I have a metal taste in my mouth. Anything I should be concerned about? I have no fever, I eat normally now.

Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Heat stroke is a problem where internal cooling system fails and this results in to damage of the internal organs. This damage takes time to heal completely and may take few weeks to even couple of months.
What to do...
Keep taking adequate fluid
Limit your exposure to heat
Take adequate rest
Wear loose cotton clothesÂ
Take some good multivitamin
No particular medicine is needed and nothing to worry as you would be all right gradually.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
