What Causes Severe Fatigue, Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?
Question: extreme fatigue, bed to couch, makes up my day. Dizziness, shortness of breath, an effort to even take a shower. Cant cook. Too much work. Help. I am calling from Canada, how will this work?

Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH
Free T4
Anti Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) antibodies
Anti Thyroglobulin antibodies
25 hydroxy Vitamin D
Serum Cortisol at 8 am
