Symptoms you are explaining may be due to many reasons.

So for exact diagnosis to be made get serum vitamin B12, levels vitamin D levels ,calcium, phosphate, potassium levels fasting blood sugar levels checked done and send me the report.

Till then have fresh fruits balanced diet and lot of fluids.

Apply hot packs.

Have tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day, cap levocarnitine once a day.
