What Causes Severe Hand Tremors In A Diabetic?
Read below.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Looking at those symptoms you describe and considering Dronedarone (Multaq) side effects I do not think it is responsible for your symptoms. It has few side effects and the tremors your describe are not among them.
If I were to look at medication side effects I would focus more on the medication used for diabetes and high cholesterol which could cause glucose fluctuations or muscle damage. Not that I think it that likely though.
I would still have some routine lab tests for blood glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel, thyroid function and creatine kinase to look for metabolic causes of tremor.
If all is normal I would consult a neurologist for the possibility of a movement disorder like Parkinson's disease.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
