I have had ultrasound done and was told I have a nonalcoholic fatty liver, I have a hx of dvt twice, PE
Myocarditis , anxiety disorder, migraines, and I experience periodic chest pain, im very fatigued, I have no energy, and I stay tired, I have asthma but it seems to be controlled by corticosteroids im at a loss as to what could be wrong with me,

Don't be disheartened by your medical conditions. Your symptoms may be related to oral steroids if you are on the same. How was asthma diagnosed? Did you have a spirometry done? If so, could you upload the results.
There's hardly any harm if you are only on inhaled steroids if I can confirm your asthma diagnosis.
Relax, eat wholesome food, exercise at least 30 minutes a day and practise stress relief measures.
Let me know what medicines you are on.

My asthma was diagnosed over 25 years ago by spirometry I don't have the results anymore as it's been so long ago.I use inhalers and a treatment machine inhaling the mist. i take xeralto,lasix,propanolol,xanax and am currenty taking cipro for a vaginal infection
