What Causes Severe Headache, Insomnia And Mood Swings After Head Injury?

Most likely stress disorder than brain injury.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Two years after head injury is a long period and if there was any associated brain injury, there should have been present other symptoms besides headaches.
It is probable that the damaged head area is more sensitive than other areas, and your symptoms including headaches, sleep problems, mood changes are most likely caused by anxiety and stress disorder.
Post-traumatic stress disorder also is a probable diagnosis that may coexist with stress caused by the new job.
In my opinion, you should consult a Psychologist first and discus your concerns.
If any doubts after the Psychologist evaluation about a relation of your concerns to brain injury, imaging studies such brain MRI should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for being on follow up.
Pulsatile feeling is one of the features of headaches and stress disorder.
So, these conditions need to be addressed first.
If the pulsatile feeling subsides after correct treatment of headaches and stress overload, you shouldn't worry about any vessels damage.
Restriction of salt helps in preventing and lowering blood pressure, but at your age, you shouldn't suffer from high blood pressure.
In order to exclude definitely other causes of your symptoms, besides stress overload, you can consider brain imaging (brain MRI) also.
Hope I helped you.
Best regards.
