What Causes Severe Heartburn?

Question: Hello, I am a 43 yo female and nurse practitioner. I am normal weight 140 lbs 5 ft 5 in exercise and eat healthy but have constant heartburn. I also itch all over at times. Maybe two separate things. I have really been trying to improve my gut health with probiotics and drinking kombucha regularly. Not sure if that has any thing to do with it. Lately, I have also noted petechia on my abdomen and sometimes neck and chest. I have atributed it to yoga.

As per your clinical history is concerned please provide me some more details:

1) Do you feel early fullness during a meal without eating much ?

2) Do you have any history of bloating and nausea ?

3) Do you have any pain in your right shoulder ?

4) Have you recently checked your stool examination [RE/ME], if done, please upload the report along with image of skin red spots. You can simply upload/attach them at the reports section of this web-page.

no bloating, no nausea, no early fullness with meals, no right shoulder pain. stool heme neg and h pylori neg. will get a picture of my abdomen and try to figure out how to send. thanks

Thanks for your follow up question on HCM

As per your answer I checked every aspect clearly and found that your problem has no relation with what you are taking right now and it also has no relation with major pathological causes. So do a full blood count with differential and take medications as per findings.
