Brief Answer:
Immediate consultation with orthopedic surgeon recommended...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First, let me congratulate for your baby-to-come. Hope everything will get find with your pregnancy.
With regards to the severe pain you are having in your hip area which goes down into your knee making you unable to walk, that is due to possible fracture on right femoral head found in the MRI of the hip.
A further consultation with orthopedic surgeon is highly recommended.
Meanwhile, I advise to avoid walking until you see orthopedic surgeon.
Can take paracetamol to ease the pain which is also safe for your baby too.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further queries.
