Question: i took a thyroid cleaner the next day my hands &face started itching severly ican stop my hand itch with very hot water every 4 hrs hot compress on face&neck 4 months now

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. The symptoms you mentioned are suggestive of allergic reaction in response to thyroid cleaner. It usually takes few days to recover completely. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:

- cetirizine one at night for 5 days
- wash/change bedding thoroughly.
- avoid scratching else it might leave scar


Hopefully you will see improvement in 2-3 days BUT if conditions remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup & intraveous medication.
