I am sorry to hear that you have been having testicular itch problems. The most common reason for testicular and inguinal itching is a fungal infection. This is very common and is due to the groin are being dark moist and warm which is a perfect breeding place for fungus. The treatments you have tried will actually make the infection worse. That is why you still have this problem
I recommend that you try using tinactin or Lamictal powder or spray.. These are antifungal preparations used for jock itch or fungal infections. You used it once or twice daily depending on the bottle instructions. Wear light underwear and shower daily. If you do exercise and sweat a lot then you may need to bath more often. This will take about a week or two to completely resolve. Do nto be surprised though if it returns as this is very common.
