Question: I have been suffering from severe mouth burn when i eat anything salty or even mildly oily.....i develop temporary scalds.....is very inconvenient as long as it lasts which is for abot 10 minutes

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, you might be having inflammation of the tongue and buccal mucosa, called glosso stomatitis.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed triamicilone ointment for local application for the 2 weeks+multivitamin tablet+ steroid tablet for 7 days.
Avoid oily ,spicy, hot foods for 2 to 3 weeks until it heals.
