Brief Answer:
Posssible dyspepsia with Gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query.

Dyspepsia, in layman's language is known as indigestion. It is a term that describes discomfort or pain in the upper abdomen. However, it's not a disease in itself. Dyspepsia is a group of symptoms which often include pain , nausea and heartburn. Most likely cause of indigestion is due to either overeating or taking over oily or fatty food. Anxiety or intake of alcohol or aerated beverages can also cause the symptoms.Cola is rich in hypophosphoric and carbonic acid. They irritate the mucosa(protective) layer of stomach hence causes inflammation and pain termed as Gastritis.
Gastric and duodenal ulcers are two kinds of peptic ulcers. A peptic ulcer is a sore that's on the inside of the stomach lining (gastric) or the upper part of the small intestine (duodenal).Gastric ulcers are often associated with pain which starts after eating food.As food enters stomach it causes secretion of large amount of acid which causes pain.

Suggestion-
An endoscopy should be done to rule out peptic ulcers.
