Brief Answer:
Please get examined and investigated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

There is possibility of carpal tunnel syndrome or cervical radiculopathy.

Is there any neck pain also ?
You should get examined by a neurologist.
Nerve conduction study may be required.
Blood investigations like Thyroid profile, blood sugar and rheumatoid factors may need to be tested.
For treatment, you need physiotherapy and medications like Pregabaline or Amitryptiline or Gabapentin (prescription drugs).
