Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Symptoms you are explaining may be due to many reasons like faciitis, gout etc.

So taking medication without certain blood test etc may not help you.

You have to modify your diet and posture.

So, you must get serum uric acid, ESR, CRP, fastr blood sugar levels, xray heel in Lateral view done, and send me the report.

Till then have cap. rabiprazole empty stomach, cap.indomethacin25mgs thrice a day, cap.pregabalin75mg+ methylcobalamine750mcg at night.

Avoid high protein diet.

Must have fresh fruits.

Take a lot of liquid.

Try to avoid prolong standing, running.

Wear sports shoes.

Apply hot packs.

Gout sometimes involve single joint, bony part also.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
