What Causes Severe Pain Below Elbow After Lifting A Heavy Object?

Question: I was trying to lift a small car while standing up. I put my forearms under the back bumper and started to lift. My forearm made a popping sound. I now have extreme pain about 4 inches from my elbow towards my wrist. I can move my fingers and wrist with no pain, but if I try to raise my forearm it's incredible painful. I can feel my bones and they are not broken. It's some kind of muscle or tendon. What do you think I tore or damaged and what can I do?
Brief Answer:
Likely to be muscular injury

Dear Sir
If there us no deformity of forearm and swelling is not severe then its unlikely to be fracture. Also such mechanism of injury usually cause muscle/tendon injury . .
I would suggest you the following
1. Rest
2. Local application of cold compresses using ice
3. analgesics like Ibuprofen will be helpful
4. Application of elastocrepe bandage will be helpful
If the pain still persist then do consult your primary care physician for further assessment
Take Care
