Brief Answer:
not quite sure of the question

Detailed Answer:
we cannot directly observe, diagnose or prescribe since we are an internet answering/information service far, far away from you.
That being said, there are many things that can cause shoulder pain. In the shoulder itself there is the rotator cuff. This is the circle of tendons that attaches the arm onto the body. It is on the outside and is directly tender if it is torn or irritated. The pain is usually on top of the shoulder, movement of the arm away from the body especially outward and backward will trigger pain from the rotator cuff.

The muscles can be sore. This is generally not a very serious disorder and does not generally require surgery or much besides over the counter medicine and uusally goes away.

However, non-shoulder problems may also cause pain in the shoulder. Pain in the diaphram often causes pain that is felt in the shoulder and is triggered by deep breaths or coughs.
Heart pain can be felt in the shoulder and this can be a serious condition.
When it is not the shoulder, then moving the shoulder does not cause/trigger the pain and the pain is constant and NOT related to movement.

I hope this is helpful.
