Question: What can cause strong pain in both legs; fronts and backs and hips. I have RA and Osteo arthritis

Thank you for posting your query on HCM

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that sudden pain in both hips and legs can be due to prolapsed disc or vertebral collapse . For this x ray of lumbar spine needs to be done . If the pain is unbearable you should see a doctor immediately . Till then you can take tramadol for pain relief .
