What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back Side, Difficulty In Breathing And Migraine?

Question: Both sides of my lower back started hurting really bad and I could hardly breath I got a migraine and was sick with flulike symptoms for several days
Take paracetamol tablet, take some rest. Steam inhalation will help. Apply pain reliever spray at back and hip region. If no improvement in 24 hours, then you must see a doctor.

Brief Answer:
Disc prolapse or vertebral fracture compressing spinal nerves.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.
Your problem has started with pain in lower back and after that all other symptoms like urinating in bed and others have started.
This seems to be related to spinal involvement at lower vertebral region.
It could be disc prolapse, fracture at lower vertebrae which is compressing spinal nerves.
In my opinion, you should do an urgent X ray and MRI Scan of lower vertebrae region.
It would be better if you get admitted in hospital and do all the tests on urgent basis.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
