What Causes Severe Pain In Spine When Backbone Is Touched?

Question: I've had severe pain in my spine hurts when backbone is touched (places feel like badly bruised but sore from top to bottom) Had bad fall (square on tailbone from running backwards position) last Thursday--isn't getting any better I can' t tolerate the pain this is causing- can't sleep have to stay on heating pad practically 24-7 have to pay cash for doctor at the moment where should I go??
