Brief Answer:
Could be slipped disc.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Gopal Goel ,Orthopedic Surgeon.

You have pain in Left leg on lying down, for 2 yrs. No other details are available
Possibilities:
1. Pain originating from spinal cord- there are certain conditions like spinal canal stenosis, Sacroilitis, Spondylolisthesis where pain can be maximum at night, sometimes on lying supine .

2. Hip pathology- In this condition pain is generally more on walking.

I suggest you go for the X ray Hip and MRI Lumbosacral Spine to assess the condition.

I hope i have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any further question.

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
