Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in calf region may be due to injury, deep vein thrombosis or muscular stretching/spasm.
Is there any fever, swelling as compared to other limb, skin color changes?
If only pain is present without any swelling , fever, skin color changes then you can continue pain killers with muscle relaxant for few days and take rest, otherwise you need to visit a doctor for examination and doppler study.
hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Take pain killers with muscle relaxants
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Pain in calf region without back pain or swelling is highly unlikely to be due to nerves as the nerve run deep in muscle. Second possibility most likely is muscle sprain and require pain killers with muscle relaxants. Local pain reliever ointment may also be applied.
Possibility of deep venous thrombosis is also less likely in absence of swelling or skin redness.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
