no, this is the second time. went to ER a year ago, there was blood in the urine. was referred to a urologist but did not follow up. no nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. no fever. HR was 108 when they took it at the doctor's ofc. No spinal problem. It's more of a flank pain but now the pain is in my stomach.

Blood in urine and back pain are usually due to kidney stones (even if the stones are not visible in the ultrasound). And stones like to recur so this makes it the most probable reason of your current symptoms. Back is where the kidney is located. Once the stone moves through the ureter the pain can migrate to the front and to the groin.
You should have abdominal ultrasound done to see if the stone does not obstruct the kidney. And urine analysis should be done as well.
Drinking plenty of mineral water is the best way to accelerate the stone passage. Hot bath should help with the pain.
