Question : I am having severe right sided neck spasms. Had yesterday- thought slept funny
now much worse.
taking ibuprofen 400 mg every 4 hours

Take muscle relaxant twice daily for 5 days and calcium supplements regularly.
Avoid pillow and any neck exercises.
Ibuprofen is just a pain killer so better to go for a muscle relaxant.
