Brief Answer:
Many possible causes like Slip disc, nerve compression, Osteoporosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have tingling and numbness?

Does the pain radiate from the back to the thigh?

The are many possible causes for thigh pain.

If the pain radiates from the back to the inner thighs, it could be because of a slip disc.

If the pain is accompanied with tingling and numbness and present over the front and outer side of the tubthigh, it could be because of nerve compression due to obesity.

You must take a diet Dutch in Vitamin D and Calcium to prevent Osteoporosis as this can also be a cause of thigh pain.

Takes Tablet Acetaminophen/Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day for a week for pain relief. Apply hot packs to the painful region.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
