Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in back on both the side with headache and dark urine should be evaluated for multiple causes. Renal functions, urine routine exam and abdominal ultrasound to rule out any renal involvement, pancreas or gallbladder involvement. Suspicion of gastric discomfort like gastritis should also be considered.

It could be a simple back pain musculoskeletal in nature likely to relieve with some pain killers and muscle relaxants and headache be a separate entity. Dark urine may be dehydration or inadequate fluids intake.

Take some tylenol, drink adequate fluids, rest for a while and see if it helps. If the pain persists, visit a doctor nearby and let them help you in this regard.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
