What Causes Severe Palpitations In The Upper Abdomen With Acid Reflux?

Question: For the past few years I've had these palpitations or what seems like palpitations. I feel them in the upper abdomen, around the midline incision, above the solar plexus. When these palpitations happen, I feel nauseous and belch repeatedly. When these lurches or palpitations begin I get sick to my stomach. Ive checked my pluse and can feel the skip beats/extra beats on my wrist. I've had a cardiac CT, angiogram and stress test, all unremarkable. I've had one documented episode of AFIB which went away without cardio inversion. However, when it occurred it did not feel like what I've described. Im pretty hypersensitive to this condition so I could easily distinguish the difference. The aforementioned skip beats happen frequently and can last for hours. I do have GERD/acid reflux. I'm both baffled and frustrated and would like a resolution to my problem or at least know the cause of this condition. Thanks in advance for your help.
Could this be a vagus nerve problem. Could my stomach issues produce these so-called palpitations

Brief Answer:
Need ECG monitoring
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Your palpitations and complaints could be caused by short episodes of atrial fibrillation or supraventricular tachicardia, or frequent extrasystolies. If you have structurally normal heart with echo, then it is heart electrical problem. It could be triggered wit GI pproblems.
I would advise you to undergo ECG holter monitoring, it is an examination, when 24 hour ECG is registered and event monitoring, it is a small device which you carry with you, press to your chest when you have complaints and it registers your ECG.
Hope this was helpful
Wishing you a good health
