Question: hi. I have esophagitis. I take PPI. why when I eat I feel so uncomfortable. when I walk it
seems so full. it's funny burgers don't bother me with fries, but when I go to a buffet and I don't eat much it does. any suggestions would be great. thanks

The uncomfortable feeling you are having is an esophageal spasm.
Which along with gastritis gives a very uncomfortable feeling.
I would recommend you to take short ,frequent meals.
Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food
Tab Esmoperazole 40mg daily half an hour before food is the drug of choice.
Don't stay hungry for long hours and avoid stress.
