Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

1. It could be related to cardiac problems, if you noticed that you have pressure on chest area during physical activity, e.g during walking, climbing flights. In this case it is not long lasting and usually disappears, when patients stop their physical activity.

2. In case of COPD there is usually productive cough, especially in the morning, sometimes with yellow discharge, wheezing is also common, breathlessness on physical activity. In acute phase high temperature can be observed. Usually patients have smoking history.

Please, pay attention if your symptoms are similar to any of above mentioned conditions, if yes, be in touch or visit your doctor.

Take care,
