Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation should help
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Cough up coryza is children is most often due to viral cause. You should give steam inhalation. Water in the form of vapour will reach deep inside and will providing relief. Cetirizine syrup can be given along. Irrespective of the use of antibiotics (ineffective in viral infections) it would take 5-7 days to resolve. Look out for lethargy and reduced urine output. Unless these occur, you need not worry.
I do not see the XRay report attached. Please reattach.
Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Sir attched is exray report
Brief Answer:
Nebulization would be more helpful
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
I have checked the attached report. The same management would be applicable. Nebulization is a slightly better way to deliver moisture and medicine to the lungs. But steam inhalation will otherwise suffice.
