I have no history of any of the above but I do suffer from stress and anxiety

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Thyroid profile.
2. ECG.
3. Fasting Blood Sugar levels.
4. Hemoglobin levels.
5. Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.
I would advise that you should first follow some precautions like :-
1. Have at least 6-8 hours of sleep in the night.
2. Do yoga and meditation.
3. Regular exercise in fresh air will help.
4. Have positive approach towards any situation.
5. Drink lots of water daily.
6. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor. Anxiolytics like alprazolam 0.25mg can be helpful, but should be taken only under medical supervision.
