What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain?
Question: The lump isn't in her breast, it is above her breast on the upper chest. She has been having some shoulder pain lately. I have no idea if they are related. Does this rule out any of the listed possibilities on the list?

The lump is a little bit larger than a large peanut. The shape is also similar to a large peanut. I can move it some side to side and up and down, but, I'm not sure if it is connected to underlying tissue. It appeared very quickly. She didn't notice it until this morning. It seems just a bit larger than this morning. There are no changes in the color or temperature of the skin. She is a smoker, I don't know if lung cancer ever shows itself in this manner.
