Question: My daughter is 4 years old. She is having stomach pain from 2-3 hrs

There could be many causes of stomach pain at this age.
The commonest include viral gastritis, worm infestation, food poisoning, urinary tract infection and so on.
Can you provide more details like
1. Any vomiting or diarrhoea?
2. Any fever if so from when?
3. Did she have outside food?
4. Where is the pain above or below umbilicus? Exact location if possible
5. Any association with passing of urine?
For time being cyclopam can be given.
Let her drink liquids like Ors.
Antacids like gelusil can be tried once or twice.
If pain is very severe do not delay, consult your nearby pediatrician
