What Causes Severe Stomach Distress After Flu?
Question: Hi,
I am feeling some medium pain below my stomach (imaged attached), maybe in my intestines. A few days ago I had some sort of stomach flu (headache, nausea, and vomit). Yesterday I did not have this pain, but I had a lack of appetite. I have had a lack of appetite ever since I got the "stomach flu."

Brief Answer:
The pain is rather caused by stoamch flu.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
From the attached picture I can tell that your stomach is not distended what is a good information.
Marked area usually hurts when small intestine is kind of irritated and works fast. We have such situation in case of infection of the intestines (so called stomach flu).
In most cases such infection is caused by viruses and disappears by itself. I suggest you to wait few more days. Start probiotic intake. The symptoms should slowly disappear. If not than consult your doctor and have some basic tests including blood work and abdominal ultrasound.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
