Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

Noted the history about your 7-year-old son having vomiting, nausea, pain in abdomen and foul smelling more than regular bowel movements.

All these symptoms are mostly suggestive of gastroenteritis hence I would advise you the following:

Tests of blood and stool (Routine and micro analysis).
Please consult your Doctor or a Pediatrician as your son may need prescription based antibiotics, symptomatic and supportive medications as per the clinical picture and lab reports. Such medicines are not available as OTC hence the need to have a valid prescription.

Please encourage him to drink as much as possible(ORS solution along with water).

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Regards
