What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Shivering?
In the year 2005 ( When I was 17 years old), I got a severe stomach pain with vomtings and all my body muscles were shivered. After some blood tests, ultra sound scan and an MRI Scan recommended by a physician, the results were all become positive and declared nothing found as abnormality.. After a few days the pain in the stomach got reduced day by day, but the vomtings and shivering in the whole body muscles are still with me. In the mean time the following changes takes place in my body.
The major bone joints, all most all the joints of bones are rubbing each other and creating friction between the bones and makes my skeleton very weak. The muscles surrounded the big bones are vibrating frequently and feeling very coldish inside the muscles with vomtings. Several super speciality hospitals were consulted in the rest of these years. For the bone problems i consulted orthopedic specialist, he used x rays, some blood tests and even an MRI Scan. Hy says nothing found abnormality. Still the same answer by all other orthopedic specialists when i am consulting regularly as the problem is getting severe day to day. Further consultation by an Internal Medicine specialist, he after a several types of blood tests and an endoscopy, he also found nothing abnormality.
But the problem is getting severe day to day. I am clearly feeling some unknown infection or any unknown virus is alive in my muscles and this makes my skeleton very weak with vomtings. No one identified my abnormality and I dont know to whom I have to consult for my abnormalities.
please inform to whom I have to consult and which test gives complete report on virus infections in muscles and any other deficiency. Is biopsy helps to find any abnormality. Being the technology is highly improved, I am unable to identify find my abnormality which is making me sick day to day.
Can be an electrolyte imbalance.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The first thing I think of with the symptoms you describe is a possible electrolyte imbalance. Sometimes a fluctuation in calcium, potassium or magnesium levels may lead to this kind of thing. This would be easy to treat with an over the counter multivitamin as well as a supplement of calcium with vitamin D.
Good hydration, balanced diet and adequate rest with moderate exercise are key to continued recovery. Muscle biopsy is not likely to help you as it is not likely to be a muscle related pathology. It is like a generalized viral syndrome. Consulting an endocrinologist will help in detecting any metabolic imbalance.
I hope this answers your query.

But i am feeling very abnormality regarding muscles. I dont know why they are shivering like that. It feels like rubbing with ice cubes in whole body muscles which makes me abnormality and it was also noticed my body became very weak. Thats why i strongly decided to undergo all the tests related to muscle infections. i would like to know whether my muscle tissues are growing properly, having sufficient proteins etc etc. i strongly suspect it was infected by some unknown virus. if so then biopsy of a muscle does gives me a complete infected report if any. or which test gives complete report on muscle infections if any. to whom specialist i have to consult for above tests.
i feel much happy to suffer with dangerous HIV than compared to my abnormality feeling now. Bcoz it was a known disease, but in my case no one know what i am suffering with. so please suggest me in a proper way to whom i have to consult and the complete tests to undergo
Tissue fluid culture will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The muscle biopsy will detect any structural abnormality of the muscle. Any infection can be detected by various antibody tests and tissue fluid culture.
You can consult an infectious disease specialist for this.
He will suggest the further testing depending on a physical examination.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.

Yes.
Detailed Answer:
Yes. Tissue fluid culture is a better way to identify the infections than blood tests. Each viral infection has to be ruled out with the help of a separate test.
