I have not had a fever in many years. I am rarely ill. 5'1" 92 lbs. I went hiking on Wednesday and Thursday and am wondering if I overdid it and that caused the stiffness and pain in the back of my neck and my wrists. I am not stiff in the morning. My medication is Hormone replacement patches. I have a completely torn rotator cuff that cannot be repaired as it was repaired once several years ago. I tore it falling during horseback riding. It is difficult to move but is not painful and I manage quite well. I do not take otc painkillers but am considering Advil or something like that. Would that be helpful? Thank you.
Brief Answer:
You can take Advil
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. If you are not having any joint stiffness or any fever then it can be a fatigue syndrome. At present you can take Advil for symptomatic relief. In case pain is severe then you can take Brufen also. If you are on hormone replacement therapy then you may have low vitamin D and weak bones also. So check your serum D3 and Vitamin B12.
in case any of these marker is low you need to take calcium and vitamin D also.
thanks
