What Causes Severe Sweating And Tingling Sensation In Hands, Feet And Fast Heartbeat?

I have a question.
Today, I was just sitting still working on my laptop, and I start to sweat alot inside hands, under arms and under feet. Not hot in room, normal temperature. Also kind of tingling sensation in feet and hands, like they are falling asleep almost. A bit elevated heartrate, although not sure if its because i got a bit scared as time passed, of maybe signs of heartattack lingering. What can this be?
Your symptoms are not cardiac related.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome back on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms are not related to any cardiac disorder. So a heart attack is out of matter.
So relax and do not worry about it!
Your symptoms seem to be related to a panic attack or anxiety.
From the other side, I would recommend performing some blood lab tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, thyroid hormone levels, kidney and liver function tests ) to exclude a possible metabolic disorder underlying this episode.
Another test to consider would be an EEG, as sometimes partial epileptic seizures can manifest with an autonomic reaction (like profuse sweating, feeling hot, palpitations) and tingling sensation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I don't think this is anxiety og panic attack. Had those many yrs ago, and nothing like this. I was totally calm.
Maybe this can be because of excessive smoking and very much sugar during nighttime?
Good to know that it doesnt sound heart related. Thank you for that!
I will get those bloodtests done.
Forgot to mention, that during this time, I go very often to the toilet to urinate. Quite large amounts. And much more often than usual. It is not colored, its clear.
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the information provided!
Based on this clinical situation, a low blood glucose (hypoglycemia) could be the cause of this clinical scenario.
You should know that after eating large amounts of sugar, large amounts of insulin are produced by our body and released in our blood. Sometimes a higher amount of insulin is produced, leading to hypoglycemia.
I recommend performing a fasting glucose test and a glucose tolerance tests.
